The Teebar Show Rodeo Bull Ride is held in memory of Laurie Ellis, with the event winner receiving a commemorative trophy in his honor and an additional $1,000 prize money kindly donated by the Ellis Family.
Laurie was a dedicated volunteer, supporting the Teebar Sports Association and local community. Laurie was one of the first people to put his hand up to help in the Rodeo yards and always there to lend a helping hand. We’re honored to hold this event in Laurie’s memory!!
